This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of visitors to samoilenko.com.ua (the «Site») is processed and protected by SAMOYLENKO CLINIC LLC (EDRPOU 42321704, the «Clinic»).

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Site and submitting your data through its forms, you consent to the processing of your personal data under this Policy.

Data you provide voluntarily through the Site's forms: name, phone number, email address, chosen service, doctor, preferred visit date and time, comments.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, analytics data (Google Analytics).

We do not collect medical information through the Site. Medical data is processed only during the provision of medical services at the Clinic under the patient's separate consent.

The Clinic does not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except: where necessary to provide the service (e.g., partner branch locations); at the request of authorized state bodies within the law; with technical contractors (hosting, analytics) bound by confidentiality obligations.

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing, or for the period required by law.

The Clinic applies organizational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted data access, protection against unauthorized access.

You have the right to: obtain information about the processing of your data; request correction of inaccurate data; withdraw consent; request erasure of your data (the «right to be forgotten»); lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
